CAPONATA DI SICILIA:

CHARACTERISTICS:
The sweet and sour Sicilian "Caponata"  is made with our vegetables grown between Monti Iblei mountains. The vinegar and the honey added to vegetables create a balanced flavour.

SUGGESTIONS:
Agrestis caponata is excellent on canapé and appetizers such as toasted bread slices. It can accompany grilled meat and fish. Store it in dry place and away from light. Once opened add olive oil and keep it in fridge.

INGREDIENTS:
Aubergine, onion, pepper, courgette, carrots, celery, almond, extra virgin olive oil, brown sugar, orange blossom honey, wine vinegar.
