GREEN OLIVES PATE'
with Agrestis Extra Virgin Olive Oil

CHARACTERISTICS:
We produce the black olive patè thanks to a machine designed to separate the stones from the olive pulp. The olive pulp is savoured with salt, vinegar and aromatic herbs.

SUGGESTIONS: 
The green olive patè is an ideal cream to spread on bruschettas, appetizers and to savour cold pasta dishes or meat.  Store it in dry place and away from light.  Once opened add olive oil and keep it in fridge.
