CILIEGINO "SFIZIOSO" TOMATO PATE'
with Agrestis Extra Virgin Olive Oil

CHARACTERISTICS:
The Ciliegino sfizioso is called “Sicilian tomatoes” is made with our tomatoes picked up from July to September. They are manually selected; cut, savoured with salt and sun dried on specific grills. The tomatoes are preserved in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with capers and aromatic herbs to add taste.

SUGGESTIONS: 
Very versatile it can be used with cheese and cold cuts started, ideal for salads and excellent ingredient to add in sauces. Store it in dry place and away from light.  Once opened add olive oil and keep it in fridge.

Sun dried tomatoes, Agrestis extra virgin olive oil, basil, capers, garlic, salt.
