BRINE BLACK OLIVES :
CHARACTERISTICS:
Agrestis “Tonda Iblea” black olives in brine are picked up in November and
December, manually selected and stored in big tanks of salty water.
The black olives have an excellent taste of tomato, thyme and sage. These olives have a very thick and plentiful pulp and their taste is unique, lightly bitterish, delicate and appetizing.

INGREDIENTS:
Black olives, water, salt.

SUGGESTIONS: 
“Tonda Iblea” black olives in brine are ideal to add taste to sauces and to accompany bread and pizzas.




BRINE GREEN OLIVES :
CHARACTERISTICS:
Agrestis “Giarraffa” green olives in brine are picked up in August and September, manually selected and stored in big tanks of salty water.
The green olives have an excellent taste of tomato, thyme and sage. These olives have a very thick and plentiful pulp and their taste is unique, lightly bitterish, delicate and appetizing.

INGREDIENTS:
Green olives, water, salt.
