Agrestis Giarraffa green olives are available in vacuum bags with different seasoning; other than Agrestis extra virgin olive oil you can choose to add the following ingredients: garlic, mint, carrots, red-hot chilli pepper, capers, oregano and celery.
The taste of the olives is very rich, lightly bitterish, delicate and appetizing.

Seasoned green olives in vacuum bag: green olives, garlic, mint, wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil.
Seasoned spicy green olives in vacuum bag: green olives, red-hot chili pepper, celery, carrot, wine vinegar, , parsley, extra virgin olive oil.

Seasoned black olives in vacuum bag: black olives, capers, wine vinegar, oregano, extra virgin olive oil.
Seasoned spicy black olives in vacuum bag: black olives, red-hot chili pepper, capers, wine vinegar, oregano, parsley, extra virgin olive oil.

BLACK OLIVES "PASSULUNA":
CHARACTERISTICS:
Agrestis Passuluna “Tonda Iblea” black olives are picked up in November and
December, they are manually selected and stored in big tanks with salt for about 50 days. Every day we mix the olives inside the tank to facilitate the leakage of the water inside the olives. Using this technique the pulp is restricted and the savour of the olives is concentrated, intense and unique.

INGREDIENTS:
Black olives, salt.

Passuluna black olives are ideal to add taste to sauces and to accompany
bread and pizzas.
