IGP Sicilia is a medium fruity extra virgin olive oil with a Protected Geographical Indication certification.
The environmental conditions and the harvesting processes for the “IGP Sicilia” oil are traditional and natural in order to obtain an extra virgin olive oil with organoleptic & physical-chemical characteristics of the local varieties.
As all our olive oils, the “IGP Sicilia” is produced with scrupulous care, from the picking to the grinding, from the preservation to the bottling. We use the most innovative technologies and we follow all the hygiene and quality rules.
Ideal for marinated starters, bluefish, red and white meat, salads.
